Tabatha Bull has been appointed as Strategic Advisor to the Scotia Growth Institute. She joins Ambassador Kirsten Hillman, one of Canada's foremost experts on trade and international economic affairs, who was appointed Lead Strategic Advisor for the Scotia Growth Institute at its launch.
