From 2019 to 2025, Ouray served as Chief of the Siksika First Nation and helped lead a significant period of progress for the Nation. During that time, Siksika secured a landmark $1.3 billion land claim settlement and established trust structures aimed at safeguarding and growing community wealth for future generations.
